Hannah Maxwell

Postdoctoral Scientist I

Hannah Maxwell is a Postdoctoral Scientist at Talisman Therapeutics and she undertakes experimental work across a number of collaborative projects. Prior to joining Talisman, Hannah completed her PhD at Newcastle University researching the mechanisms in the auditory pathway that cause tinnitus. Using electrophysiology and histology, she investigated pathways modulating neuronal excitability, with a particular focus on voltage gated potassium channels. As part of a CASE studentship, Hannah gained experience in cell culture with Autifony Therapeutics. Hannah received her BSc in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds.
